That’s what I’m creating with 𝗕𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴. I started with SoCal Wellness Retreats, creating experiences that helped people reconnect with themselves, but I realized something:
The retreat was never the end goal it was a glimpse of what was possible. You go on retreat - you make huge internal shifts and that ripples out into your life when you get back. But you’re still in your old routine at home and the bigger patterns you’re in don’t fully shift.
Which lead me to develop a powerful process that shifts your identity, gets you clear on your future vision, and gives you the structure to change your routines to support you actually living better.
My vision for this community is to connect people who are committed to living their best life, who are working on themselves, traveling together, playing together, celebrating together, and experiencing some seriously cool places.
This is for people who aren't interested in merely managing their lives, they’re actively creating one they’re genuinely excited to wake up to. They’re not looking to go on retreat just to party. They want to work with a coach and then come to retreat to celebrate how far they’ve come while continuing the work in a group of people who are also rapidly evolving and fully committed.
