PRIVATE COACHING WITH JOHN QUIRK

You bring the desire to change.
I bring my full attention.

Deep experience. Personal support. Someone who matches your effort—and helps you turn a vision for your life into the way you actually live.

Watch this short video. Then take 5–7 minutes to map what your 10/10 life could look like.

Six months. Your life. My full commitment.

Weekly private coaching, support between sessions, and a four-day experience in San Diego—scheduled together when it serves your journey.

Training, breathwork, meditation, time in nature, and honest conversation. Practical changes you carry into the rest of your life.

The investment: $12,000.

Support that stays connected to your life

Our weekly conversations connect to what happens in the rest of your week. We look at the decisions you are making, the routines you are trying and the moments when an old pattern takes over. Together, we turn that understanding into a practical next step.

Your plan grows from your goals and circumstances. We choose practices you can use in your actual day, notice what helps and adjust as your life changes. That might mean simplifying a morning routine, practicing a difficult conversation or making room to act on something you have been postponing.

Accountability with personal attention

We agree on actions that matter to you, then come back to them. What did you follow through on? What got in the way? What needs to change? That gives us useful information for the next step and keeps your goals connected to how you spend your time.

The aim is to help you build trust in your ability to act on what matters, with support as you practice a different way of living.

Start with your vision.

Take 5–7 minutes to reflect on where you are, what your 10/10 life looks like, and what needs to change. A few honest sentences are enough. Then choose a time for a conversation with me so we can explore whether working together is a fit.

Your Future Vision Map

This is a starting point for a real conversation. Be honest, be specific, and write what matters to you. Please leave out medical details or anything you would rather discuss privately.
